Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inventory distribution across the NA network while taking into consideration network constraints and maximizing service levels.
- Manage distribution and vehicle load optimization for Finished Goods and Non-Finished Goods.
- Reviews key performance metrics and service levels reporting; provides root cause analysis and recommendations for performance improvement.
- Supports the S&OE / Deployment Lead to drive continuous improvement efforts to improve performance on all key metrics.
- 3 years of Supply Chain experience with knowledge of Transportation
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Tableau or MS Excel helpful
- Ability to motivate non-direct reports and keep teams working well together.
- Operate in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Experience gathering, organizing, and evaluating financial data to support business decision making.
